We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the Madinah region. This role is essential in ensuring that our contracts and legal processes are handled effectively and in compliance with applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
  • Provide legal advice and support to internal departments.
  • Identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support the development of legal policies, procedures, and governance practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in contracts and legal affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations.
  • Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Professional attitude with strong communication and organizational skills.
