We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to greet clients and visitors, manage front desk operations, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Direct clients to the appropriate departments (Claims, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
  • Follow up with clients to ensure they receive the required service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them efficiently or escalating as necessary.
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant departments.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with various departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Enter basic customer data when required.

Qualifications:
