About the Role
Join The Luxury Collection as a Reservations Agent where you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests. In this position, you will handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, providing a welcoming and professional service that reflects our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all reservation requests received by phone, fax, or mail.
  • Identify guest reservation needs and determine the suitable room type.
  • Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies.
  • Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.
  • Input and manage data in the reservation system.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
