Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness across all areas.
  • Oversee cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Coordinate with team members for efficient task allocation and workflow.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and respond to guest requests promptly.
  • Train new staff on cleaning techniques and safety procedures.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Monitor HSE standards achieved by the contractors and maintain statistical data.
  • Oversee incident reporting and investigation, driving recommendations to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct periodic project inspections to ensure compliance and recommend changes as necessary.
  • Manage and assign duties for KEO Safety Officers.
  • Review contractor H&S documentation for compliance.
  • Chair Project H&S Meetings and attend construction progress meetings.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 15 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Health, Safety & Environmental. A chartered status with NEBOSH Certificates and experience in High Rise Tower projects is required.
