Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Team Leader

to supervise field sales teams and achieve growth targets

Responsibilities:

* Leading and managing field sales teams

* Monitoring daily performance and achieving targets

* Geographically distributing teams efficiently

* Training and developing the team in the field

* Submitting performance and compliance reports

Requirements:

* At least two years of experience in managing field sales teams

* Proven leadership experience in achieving targets

* Valid and transferable residency

* Availability of a car + valid driving license (a must)

Experience in the telecommunications field
