Responsibilities:

* Leading and managing field sales teams

* Training and developing the team in the field

* Submitting performance and discipline reports

Requirements:

* At least two years of experience in managing field sales teams

* Proven leadership experience in achieving targets

* Valid and transferable residency

* Availability of a car + valid driving license (essential)
