  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Relevant certifications in security management or related fields are advantageous.
  • Experience in regional security management is preferred.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior project leadership role within the GCC region.
  • Proven leadership experience in delivering large-scale projects through PMC environments.
  • Familiarity with KSA regulatory bodies and project delivery environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project conditions and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Work Environment and Additional Information

This is a full-time role based in Al Ruzayqiyah District, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, with travel to Medina and Al Ula. A minimum of 10 years of experience is required.
