The Role of an Arabic Teacher

The Arabic Teacher is responsible for educating and guiding students, cultivating a passion for learning, and emphasizing the significance of continuous education. This role involves creating an engaging and supportive classroom experience that inspires students to understand the impact and importance of lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate teaching and learning strategies, methodologies, and programs in alignment with Curriculum standards and framework guidelines.
• Participate effectively in the preparation and development of courses of study, subject scope and sequence, teaching materials, teaching programs, methods of teaching and assessment, and all school plans and programs.
• Engage in reciprocal peer review and observation of class teaching practice by the subject supervisor or Head of Learning (HOL).
• Participate in In-Service education and training courses, as well as continuing professional development (CPD) opportunities.
• Contribute effectively to the professional development of new teachers according to arrangements agreed by the school authority.
• Provide necessary information, data, plans, and documents to designated school personnel, and furnish all required information regarding requisitions and arrangements related to areas of responsibility.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant teaching experience. A strong understanding of educational best practices and curriculum development is expected, alongside the ability to inspire and motivate students effectively.
