Delta Hotels and Resorts® is seeking an AsstMgr Food & Beverage I to join its team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the operational success of our food and beverage and culinary departments within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Role Summary

The AsstMgr Food & Beverage I is responsible for overseeing assigned food and beverage and culinary operations. This role focuses on ensuring both guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining operational standards, and achieving or exceeding financial objectives for the department.

Operational Leadership and Team Development

• Cultivate a property environment that promotes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Provide excellent customer service to all employees and proactively address their concerns.
• Utilize coaching skills across the property to foster staff development.
• Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm in daily operations.
• Motivate and encourage staff to effectively resolve guest and employee-related issues.

Guest Experience and Service Standards

• Deliver excellent customer service to all guests.
• Respond quickly and proactively to guest concerns and feedback.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand's service culture.
• Establish clear service expectations for both internal and external guests.
• Assume ownership of guest complaints or problems until they are fully resolved or appropriately addressed by management or staff.
• Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction with the resolution of complaints.
• Develop strong relationships with guests to foster repeat clientele.

Experience and Employment Details

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in food and beverage or culinary operations. The role requires a proactive approach to operations and a commitment to service excellence within the hospitality sector.

Administrative and Compliance Duties

• Ensure compliance with all corporate accounting procedures.
• Provide support to the General Manager as required for the annual Quality audit.
