Business Developer (Façade)

About the Role

Hilti Saudi Arabia is seeking a Business Developer (Façade) to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for generating sustainable sales revenue and maximizing Hilti’s market share with Façade stakeholders across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through a project-based approach. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Context and Objectives

The Business Developer will drive sales and business growth specifically for ventilated façade systems. This involves establishing sustainable business relationships with high-level contacts and presenting Hilti’s value proposition and differentiation to decision-makers to secure business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy within the assigned territory, focusing on key ventilated façade projects.
• Engage with stakeholders including architects, consultants, contractors, and developers to specify and promote Hilti’s façade systems.
• Deliver the value proposition and respond to technical and commercial inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as design, customer service, and logistics to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals in conjunction with the design team.
• Follow up on project approvals and drive the conversion of specifications into sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with industry professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities through strategic and creative thinking.
