Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Cash Management Cashier (Shared Services) to join their team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and plays a crucial role in the group's financial operations.

The Role of Cash Management Cashier

The Main Cashier is responsible for the comprehensive management of fiscal information. This includes processing, recording, updating, and reconciling financial data in strict compliance with established policies. The role ensures the day-to-day processing of financial transactions is conducted effectively, accurately, and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive or collect payments by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits from various assigned locations.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Count money in main cash drawers at the beginning of each shift to ensure correct amounts and adequate change.
• Greet customers entering establishments.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
• Follow up on employee shifts with teams that are not closed on a daily basis.
• Deposit cash in the bank periodically.
• Keep all cash, cheques, receipts, and POS slips in safe custody and hand over to the respective manager/accountant for proper recording.
• Resolve customer financial complaints.
• Properly maintain all records and keep cash records up to date.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. A critical skill for this role is the ability to work effectively under stress conditions and successfully handle stressful situations.
