About the CBD DTS Executive Role

Unilever is seeking a CBD DTS Executive to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to customer development, focusing on understanding customer needs, enhancing product accessibility, and driving growth. The position involves building strong business relationships and utilizing data-driven decisions to support commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of customer and channel strategies through data analysis, coordination, and on-ground assistance.
• Assist in analyzing sales performance, market trends, and customer data to inform business decisions.
• Support the planning and execution of in-store activities, promotions, and customer initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales, to ensure smooth execution of plans.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and prepare basic reports related to sales and stock performance.
• Participate in field visits, store checks, and internal meetings to gain exposure to market dynamics and customer operations.
• Support forecasting, planning, and ad-hoc projects related to Customer Development.
• Contribute to administrative and coordination tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the Customer Development team.
• Engage with the KSA Distributor regarding monthly target achievements and customer relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales, customer development, or commercial operations within the FMCG sector.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Level

This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. Candidates possessing 2-3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration across various internal departments and with external partners, including the KSA Distributor.
