The Role: Clinical Sales Specialist, Specimen Management

BD is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist, Specimen Management (SM) to join its team in Jeddah, Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Clinical Sales Specialist will drive sales growth and provide expert clinical support for BD’s Specimen Management portfolio. This role is crucial for fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring product adoption, and contributing to improved patient outcomes across the Western and Southern regions of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive growth within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and identify new opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical training to healthcare professionals.
• Provide ongoing clinical support, including troubleshooting and technical guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), procurement teams, and clinicians.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs, sharing insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical support, and customer service to enhance the customer experience.
• Represent BD at conferences, workshops, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and administrative documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Previous nursing or laboratory background is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market and regulatory environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Solid clinical understanding relevant to BD products and applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
