The Role of Commis 3 - Kitchen

An opportunity is available for a Commis 3 - Kitchen to join the team at Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah. This is a full-time position within the kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, measure, mix, and prepare meal ingredients, sauces, and seasoning.
• Wash, peel, and chop vegetables, fruits, and meat as applicable.
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of cutting, seasoning, and marinating different meats.
• Prepare dishes such as salads and sauces with attention to detail and presentation.
• Apply proficient knowledge of established recipes and plating guides to exact specifications.
• Ensure proper stocking of food items in refrigerators and freezers.
• Document inventory of kitchen supplies and notify supervisors of low stock situations.
