Role Purpose

The Product R&D Specialist will lead initiatives for new product development within the ice cream and cake categories. This position is central to driving product innovation and expanding our dessert portfolio, ensuring alignment with market demands and consumer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Research market trends and consumer preferences related to dessert products.
• Analyze competitor offerings and identify new product development opportunities.
• Develop new flavors, seasonal products, and limited-edition product lines for ice cream and cakes.
• Collaborate with Production, Marketing, and Operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Recommend innovative packaging and presentation concepts for new products.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant product research and development role. A background in food science, culinary arts, or a related field is beneficial for this position.

Team and Collaboration

This role requires close collaboration with various internal departments, including Production, Marketing, and Operations. The specialist will work within a cross-functional environment to ensure successful product development and launch.
