Division Manager ( Baby care )

About the Role

Ninja 🥷🏽 نينجا is seeking a Division Manager (Baby Care) to lead the commercial strategy and overall business performance of the Baby Care Division. This full-time role is based in Makkah, with operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, profitability, market share, and product availability within the baby care market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Baby Care Division in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage product categories, including assortment planning, portfolio optimization, and product lifecycle.
• Lead supplier negotiations covering pricing, margins, rebates, promotional funding, and payment terms.
• Drive revenue growth, gross margin improvement, and overall P&L performance.
• Develop pricing and promotional strategies to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Inventory Planning teams to optimize product availability, demand forecasting, and inventory turnover.
• Build strategic partnerships with suppliers and drive joint business plans.
• Monitor commercial KPIs and implement initiatives to improve business performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop Category Managers and commercial team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 10+ years in Baby Care, Mother & Baby, Infant Care, or related consumer product categories.
• Strong experience in category management, supplier negotiations, pricing strategy, and assortment planning.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
• Experience managing P&L, commercial KPIs, and large product portfolios.
