Division Manager (Baby care)

About the Role

Ninja (quick-commerce) is seeking a Division Manager (Baby Care) to lead the commercial strategy and overall business performance of the Baby Care Division. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah Province, and focuses on driving revenue growth, profitability, market share, and product availability within the baby care market.

Role Overview

The Division Manager will be responsible for managing category performance, supplier relationships, pricing, assortment, and promotional activities. The role also involves identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities within the baby care market to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Baby Care Division in line with business objectives.
• Manage product categories, assortment planning, portfolio optimization, and product lifecycle.
• Lead supplier negotiations covering pricing, margins, rebates, promotional funding, and payment terms.
• Drive revenue growth, gross margin improvement, and overall P&L performance.
• Develop pricing and promotional strategies to strengthen competitiveness and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Inventory Planning teams to optimize product availability, demand forecasting, and inventory turnover.
• Build strategic partnerships with suppliers and drive joint business plans.
• Monitor commercial KPIs and implement initiatives to improve business performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop Category Managers and commercial team members.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 7-10 years of relevant experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably within the baby care sector or a related retail category. The ability to manage complex supplier relationships and drive P&L performance is essential.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah Province, within a quick-commerce environment that values agility and strategic commercial leadership.
