Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of installing, repairing, and inspecting electrical equipment.
  • Maintain all electrical equipment and ensure compliance with government electrical codes and company standards.
  • Prepare preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure cleanliness of all electrical panels, motors, and appliances.
  • Distribute work to subordinates based on their capabilities.
  • Ensure work meets specified standards and conditions.
  • Maintain safety of tools and equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Create on-the-job training opportunities for engineering employees.
  • Be aware of emergency procedures in the hotel.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in electrical engineering.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proven knowledge in developing and implementing electrical procedures.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to find faults and rectify electrical systems.
