Role Purpose

The Electrician - Engineering plays a critical role in ensuring the continuous and safe operation of all electrical systems and components within the Jumeirah Jabal Omar facility. This encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities, from routine maintenance to complex troubleshooting and repair, all performed to the highest safety and quality standards. The individual will contribute directly to the reliability and efficiency of the property's engineering services.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, equipment, and control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Diagnose electrical faults and perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
• Inspect electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
• Test electrical systems and components using specialized tools and equipment.
• Replace defective electrical components and wiring.

Qualifications and Experience

• Secondary education is required.
• Vocational certification and a trade qualification are preferred.
