Plant Electrician

About the Role

Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company (ACCBC) is seeking a Plant Electrician to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment across the plant. The Electrician ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production, utilities, and packaging machinery, contributing to equipment availability and minimizing electrical breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on electrical and electronic systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Diagnose electrical faults using appropriate testing instruments such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
• Repair, calibrate, regulate, and fine-tune electrical equipment to restore optimal operation.
• Test electrical systems and circuit continuity to ensure safety, compatibility, and compliance with standards.
• Plan layout and install electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to specifications and local codes.
• Support upgrades, modifications, and commissioning of electrical systems and machinery, ensuring installations meet safety, quality, and operational requirements.
• Lead and support improvement initiatives on assigned machines or lines with minimal supervision, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Monitor the availability of critical electrical spare parts and consumables, coordinating with Stores and Supervisors for timely replenishment.
• Apply all electrical safety rules, lockout/tagout procedures, and company HSE standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Report electrical issues, completed work, and recommendations to the Electrical Supervisor, supporting maintenance documentation and work order completion.
• Work independently and support Electrical Technicians during critical situations, coordinating and organizing technicians during breakdowns or urgent electrical work.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting within a plant or industrial setting. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and act as a lead electrician when assigned is essential.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, requiring active participation in plant operations and adherence to all safety protocols. The role supports a continuous improvement culture and requires coordination with various teams to ensure operational efficiency.
