Estimation Engineer

About the Role

Multilink Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join their team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, specifically covering projects in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves critical responsibilities in the pre-construction phase, focusing on detailed cost estimation and bid preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Invitations to Tender (ITTs), scope of work documents, and technical specifications thoroughly.
• Extract material quantities (Material Take-Offs and Bill of Quantities) from engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Perform detailed cost calculations and evaluate vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Compile comprehensive techno-commercial bid packages for submission to clients or main contractors.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in estimation and quantity surveying. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required to effectively manage the responsibilities of this position.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position with Multilink Management Consultants. The role is based in the Makkah region, with primary work locations in Jeddah and Makkah. The salary for this position will be discussed during the interview process.
