Estimation Engineers

About the Role

Esnad Contracting Company is seeking Estimation Engineers to join its Head Office team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting construction and infrastructure projects, with a particular emphasis on government projects and tendering processes.

Available Positions

We are looking to fill several specialized estimation engineering positions:

• 1 Architect Estimation Engineer
• 1 Civil Estimation Engineer
• 2 Mechanical Estimation Engineers
• 1 Electrical Estimation Engineer
• 1 Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for these roles include:

• Preparing and reviewing project cost estimates and tender documents.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and scopes of work.
• Preparing quantity take-offs and pricing for tenders.
• Coordinating with technical, procurement, and project teams to gather necessary information and quotations.
• Assisting in the preparation of accurate tender submissions.
• Reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess relevant experience in construction and infrastructure projects. A strong understanding of government projects and tendering processes is required.

• Experience: 5-10 years in a related field.
• Familiarity with government project procedures and tendering is essential.

Work Environment

These positions are based at the Esnad Contracting Company Head Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time opportunity.
