About the Role

THA by Armonia is seeking an experienced Event Manager for a contract position in Jeddah, Makkah. This role involves managing an advisory board meeting at a 5-star hotel, serving as the primary client contact from arrival to close. The position requires availability on 13 November 2026, from 3 PM to 9 PM.

Role Overview

The Onsite Event Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of a corporate advisory board meeting. This includes managing the setup, coordinating food and beverage services, and ensuring the meeting adheres to its schedule and agenda. The manager will act as the main point of contact for the client, addressing any issues that arise to ensure a professional experience for all senior attendees.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the meeting room setup and confirm all requirements with the hotel prior to the 4 PM start.
• Manage food and beverage service in coordination with the hotel banqueting team.
• Ensure the meeting adheres to its scheduled timeline and agenda.
• Serve as the client's primary onsite contact and resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Ensure senior attendees experience a polished and professional event.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience (5-10 years) managing corporate meetings, conferences, or hotel events onsite.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with hotel banqueting and Food & Beverage teams.
• Professional demeanor, well-presented, and capable of remaining calm under pressure.
• Must be based in Jeddah.
• Availability on 13 November 2026, from 3 PM to 9 PM, is essential.

This is a contract position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role requires onsite presence at a 5-star hotel for the duration of the event.
