About the Role of Event Manager

Rafad is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing the complete lifecycle of events, from initial planning and preparation through to execution and post-event evaluation. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in event management and operations, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage events from initial preparation through execution and evaluation.
• Supervise event teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
• Develop operational plans and event timelines, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage event budgets, monitor costs, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Oversee all operational and logistical aspects of events.
• Identify operational risks and challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure high-quality event execution, achievement of objectives, and client satisfaction.
• Prepare post-event performance and evaluation reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in event management and operations.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
