Role Overview

The Event Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of events. The specialist will provide on-site support and address operational challenges as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, organization, and execution of events and activities.
Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure event readiness.
Manage event logistics, including venues, equipment, and required materials.
Prepare operational schedules and follow up on tasks according to approved plans.
Provide on-site event support and resolve operational challenges.
Follow up on quotations, purchase requests, and vendor coordination.
Ensure event venues are fully prepared and meet quality standards.
Prepare post-event reports and document outcomes and feedback.
