Factory Shift Supervisor

About the Role

Nestlé is seeking a Factory Shift Supervisor to manage all operations during assigned shifts in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on overseeing operational activities, shift control, and ensuring adherence to all safety protocols. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the activities of all operational employees, ensuring compliance with established standards of excellence, policies, and procedures. This includes coaching, training, and corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment at all times within the operation.
• Act as the manager on duty for the operation in the absence of the primary manager, handling complaints, problem-solving, disturbances, special requests, and other arising issues.
• Oversee the night and/or day shift within the department, ensuring all employees complete assigned tasks and coordinating Front Office activities with other departments.
• Adhere strictly to Nestlé's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules and procedures during all working hours to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant operational or supervisory role.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with potential work in Jeddah as required by operational needs.
