About the Role

Mechanism Support Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager Food Delivery to lead and manage its food delivery fleet. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves overseeing operations across various food delivery platforms such as HungerStation, Jahez, and Keeta.

Role Overview

The Fleet Operations Manager will be responsible for enhancing fleet productivity and establishing efficient operational systems. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of building a disciplined team, controlling operational costs, and delivering measurable results within the food delivery sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations, including driver performance and shift schedules.
• Coordinate operations across HungerStation, Jahez, Keeta, and other delivery platforms.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain qualified delivery drivers.
• Monitor daily orders, revenue, operating costs, and driver productivity.
• Improve vehicle utilization and maximize profitability per vehicle.
• Handle operational issues, driver attendance, customer complaints, and platform-related matters.
• Implement clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), daily reporting, and performance-based incentive systems.
• Oversee vehicle allocation, maintenance, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Build a scalable operating model to support future fleet expansion.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in fleet operations management, specifically within food delivery.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing delivery drivers and improving fleet productivity.
• Proven ability to build efficient operational systems and lead a disciplined team.
• Strong understanding of cost control and delivering measurable operational results.
