Delivery Team Leader

About the Role

J&T Express is seeking a Delivery Team Leader to join their team in Khamis Mushayt, 'Asir. This full-time role involves overseeing daily delivery operations and managing a team of couriers to ensure efficient and timely service. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in logistics or last-mile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee courier attendance, workload distribution, shift scheduling, and daily assignments.
• Monitor daily deliveries, track pending shipments, ensure route completion, and manage geographic area coverage.
• Track signing rates, delivery performance, and courier productivity; prepare daily performance reports and escalate operational issues.
• Ensure proper pre-delivery customer calls and handle delivery-related complaints or issues.
• Monitor vehicle status, report breakdowns or accidents immediately, and coordinate timely replacements.
• Verify, document, and control abnormal shipments with proper evidence.
• Ensure strict adherence to company procedures, safety guidelines, and delivery standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in last-mile delivery or logistics.
• 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in operational problem-solving.
• Route-planning proficiency.
• Basic data reporting skills (Excel).

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Khamis Mushayt, 'Asir, where the Delivery Team Leader will manage daily operations within a dynamic logistics environment.
