Program Overview: Tourism & Hospitality Diploma

Hilton Makkah – Jabal Omar Hotels, in collaboration with Makkah Private College and HRDF, is offering a 24-month Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality. This full-time program is designed to provide participants with the foundational skills and practical experience necessary for a career in the Food & Beverage Department. The program is based in Makkah and includes a monthly stipend of SAR 4,000, along with medical insurance.

Role Upon Completion: Food & Beverage Attendant

Upon successful completion of the diploma and program requirements, participants will join Hilton Makkah – Jabal Omar Hotels as Food & Beverage Attendants. This role involves applying the knowledge and practical skills gained during the program to deliver guest service and support Food & Beverage operations within the hotel environment.

Program Learning and Experience

• Complete all academic and practical requirements of the 24-month diploma program.
• Learn Hilton’s standards for guest service and hospitality.
• Gain practical exposure to Food & Beverage operations.
• Learn to prepare service areas and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Develop skills for accurately and efficiently taking and serving food and beverage orders.
• Acquire menu knowledge, service procedures, and guest interaction techniques.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to build communication and teamwork skills.
• Maintain good attendance, performance, and commitment throughout the program.
• Successfully complete all required assessments and training modules.

Qualifications and Requirements

• No prior experience is required (0-1 years of experience).
• Commitment to completing a 24-month diploma program in Tourism and Hospitality.
• Ability to learn and apply hospitality standards and operational procedures.
• Interest in developing a career within the Food & Beverage department.
