Accor is seeking a Front Office Agent (Saudi National) to join the team in Makkah. This full-time role is based at Raffles Makkah Palace, a hotel known for its standards and Arab hospitality. Raffles Makkah Palace features 219 Suites & duplex Villas with views of the Masjid Al Haram, the Holy Ka'aba, and the city. The hotel offers local and international cuisine across four outlets, alongside a spa, fitness center, and meeting rooms.

Role Summary

The Front Office Agent reports directly to the Front Office Manager. This position is responsible for providing professional and engaging service to guests, managing check-ins and settlements, and assisting with inquiries regarding hotel facilities. The role requires adherence to established service standards and departmental policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
• Greet guests, manage check-ins, and settle guest accounts, ensuring all service standards are met.
• Provide informative and helpful assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities and services.
• Respond promptly and effectively to all guest inquiries at the Reception Desk.
• Contribute to revenue generation through up-selling room brands.
• Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
