Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN is seeking an experienced HRBP Manager for future career opportunities in Makkah and Taif. This full-time role is critical for providing comprehensive HR support to the operations team within an assigned complex, acting as a direct liaison between HR and various business units. The position focuses on aligning HR practices with business objectives, addressing workforce needs, and implementing initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as SEVEN's representative with local enterprises to establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Comply with the approved budget for the assigned unit and supervise its utilization across all related functions to ensure alignment with financial resources.
• Monitor operational activities within the function to ensure compliance with Entertainment Operations policies and procedures.
• Lead day-to-day HR operations within the complex, ensuring adherence to approved SEVEN policies and procedures.
• Provide subordinates with support, guidance, ongoing feedback, and coaching for continuous improvement, and conduct annual appraisal evaluations.
• Advise the General Manager on HR matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
• Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts, grievances, and other issues fairly and consistently.
• Implement engagement programs tailored to regional workforce needs and conduct pulse checks and engagement surveys.
• Support talent management initiatives, succession planning, high-potential identification, and career development.
• Implement change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring and cultural shifts, in alignment with SEVEN's objectives.
• Utilize HR metrics to analyze workforce trends, employee turnover, and other key indicators, preparing reports for management.
• Research and adopt best practices in HR business partnership and continuously evaluate HR processes for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications: Certification in HR or Business Partnership (*, SHRM-CP, CIPD) is preferred.
• Experience: 6+ years in HR business partnering, with expertise in employee relations, talent management, and strategic HR support. Proven experience in supporting regional or multi-site operations is highly desirable. The role requires 5-10 years of overall experience.

Work Environment

This role is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities spanning cities such as Taif and Makkah. The HRBP Manager will work closely with the operations team and General Manager, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
