We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of security operations to ensure the safety and protection of our personnel, assets, and information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.
  • Manage and lead the security team, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with departments to integrate security measures into operations.
  • Oversee security systems installation and maintenance.
  • Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Establish relationships with local law enforcement and authorities.
  • Develop and manage the security department budget.
  • Stay informed about emerging security threats and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate emergency response procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, with at least 3 in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of effective security strategies.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in security management software and security certifications are desirable.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
