We are looking for a dedicated and professional Security & Safety Manager to oversee the daily functions of our security department at the Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel Makkah. This vital role will ensure the protection of property assets, employees, and guests, while maintaining compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all security/loss prevention operations and implement fire prevention programs.
  • Conduct hazard and risk assessments, including quarterly OSHA/SAFETY audits.
  • Develop and maintain security procedures, including effective key control.
  • Oversee emergency preparedness and response initiatives.
  • Provide personal assistance and support to employees and guests during emergencies.
  • Train staff on emergency procedures and accident prevention.
  • Promote exceptional customer service to enhance guest and employee satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:
To qualify, you should have either a high school diploma with 4 years of security experience, or a 2-year degree in Criminal Justice with 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to foster teamwork within our diverse environment.
