Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Manager based in Mecca. The Security Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and protection of hospital staff, patients, visitors, and assets. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supervising the security team and managing physical security operations.
  • Assessing risks and conducting routine inspections.
  • Coordinating with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Expertise in Physical Security and Security Management.
  • Strong knowledge in Information Security and Cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency in Network Security.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in crisis management and emergency response planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Relevant certifications (*, CPP, PSP, CISSP) are advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Security Management or a related field is preferred.
