About the Role

Xenel Industries is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its Corporate Communications function in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for shaping and elevating the visual identity of the Xenel Group. The Graphic Designer will produce high-impact visual assets that align with the group’s brand identity and strategic vision, ensuring visual excellence across all internal and external communications. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Design and Visual Asset Development

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing a range of visual materials across various platforms, including:

  • Conceptualizing and producing high-quality multimedia content for strategic presentations, corporate reports, business proposals, and internal communications (executive announcements, awareness campaigns, seasonal messaging).
  • Developing end-to-end design concepts and visual materials across digital and print channels, including executive brochures, infographics, event signage, environmental branding, and social media graphics.
  • Partnering with leadership to craft bespoke, executive-level presentation decks (PowerPoint / Keynote) tailored for board meetings, strategic alignments, and external engagements.
  • Designing collateral and experiential branding assets for corporate forums, internal events, and group-wide activations.

Brand Consistency and Standards

This role involves upholding the Xenel Group's brand integrity and visual excellence across all touchpoints:

  • Ensuring all visual deliverables adhere strictly to Xenel Group’s corporate tone, aesthetic standards, and brand identity guidelines.
  • Maintaining, updating, and enforcing corporate brand guidelines across all group touchpoints and communication channels.
  • Safeguarding design standards and consistency across all entities and departments within Xenel Group.
  • Acting as the internal design authority, reviewing, refining, and approving branded collateral requested by cross-functional teams.

Asset Management and Archival

The Graphic Designer will manage and organize visual assets to ensure efficiency and accessibility:

  • Establishing and maintaining a structured digital asset archive to ensure seamless version control, file accessibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Curating and updating an enterprise library of reusable design templates, brand guidelines, iconography, stock assets, and approved media files.

Event Support and Vendor Coordination

The role provides support for corporate events and manages external creative partnerships:

  • Providing end-to-end support for corporate event logistics, vendor sourcing, and the production of customized corporate gifts and branded merchandise.
  • Coordinating with external photographers, videographers, and production agencies to oversee asset generation for internal archives and external media releases.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for this Graphic Designer role should meet the following requirements:

  • 0-1 years of experience in a relevant graphic design role.
  • A strong professional portfolio showcasing a versatile design range across corporate collateral, branding, and digital media is required.
