About the Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Makkah. This full-time role focuses on creating a distinctive and memorable experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert takes initiative to provide a range of services that guide guests throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform operational tasks to ensure smooth hotel functioning.
• Attend to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports accurately.
• Provide information and commentary on local area events and highlights.
• Ensure all interactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Physical Demands of the Role

Guest Experience Experts are expected to be active and mobile, which includes standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. The role also involves various physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance. Consistent performance of these tasks, and other reasonable duties as requested, is essential for guest satisfaction and hotel operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None.
