About Finecure and the Head of Division Role

Finecure Collection Solutions Company is a Saudi receivables management solutions provider dedicated to redefining recovery beyond traditional debt collection. Guided by the principle “We Don’t Just Collect.. We Cure,” Finecure supports financial institutions, fintechs, BNPL providers, telecom operators, finance companies, and insurance organizations in managing overdue portfolios. We are seeking a Head of Division to join our team in Jeddah. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role, requiring over 10 years of relevant experience, responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational performance of a key business division.

Role Purpose and Operational Model

The Head of Division will play a critical role in ensuring the division's performance aligns with Finecure’s overall strategy and customer-centric recovery model. The company operates with a governed, technology-enabled, and customer-centric model to recover value while preserving customer relationships and improving portfolio health. This role contributes to an integrated enterprise that unites recovery, growth, technology, operational excellence, and compliance to deliver sustainable, transparent, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set division goals and develop operational plans.
  • Ensure alignment with Finecure’s overall strategy and customer-centric recovery model.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive portfolio performance.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes, technology, and governance.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage client relationships.
  • Review analytics and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Contribute to business development.
  • Support innovation in AI-enabled decisioning.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ethical practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven leadership and people management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams and developing talent.
  • Strong strategic planning, business management, and operational excellence capabilities, ideally within receivables management, financial services, or related sectors.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making, portfolio analytics, performance monitoring, and the use of technology or AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and represent the division in internal and external forums.
  • Solid understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to financial and collection operations.
  • Background in the Saudi market or GCC region, with familiarity in financial institutions, fintechs, BNPL, telecom, or insurance portfolios preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and commitment to transparent, measurable, and sustainable results.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region. The role operates within a dynamic environment focused on disciplined recovery practices, portfolio analytics, AI-enabled decisioning, and structured governance.
