Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with approved schedules and manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure all plant rooms, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and operational condition.
• Comply fully with JEMS requirements and all Fire, Life, Health, and Safety (FLHS) standards.
• Maintain and service heating, cooling, Air Handling Units (AHU), Fresh Air Handling Units (FAHU), and Fan Coil Units (FCU) to ensure optimal climate control in guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot ventilation and exhaust fans to ensure proper air circulation and indoor air quality.
• Monitor, analyze, and adjust system parameters to optimize performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Hold a Technical Diploma or ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Possess intermediate software competencies in Microsoft Office programs.

Experience and Competencies

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical department is required.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills relevant to HVAC and mechanical systems.
