About the Role

Afaq - Warehouse Branch is seeking an ICQA Supervisor (Saudi National) MEATR ICQA to join their team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves overseeing daily operations within a fulfillment center, focusing on safety, quality, performance, and the overall associate experience. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring sufficient resourcing, identifying training needs, and managing performance to foster a productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities, ensuring overall safety, quality, performance, and associate experience in Inbound or Outbound FC operations.
• Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations, promoting teamwork and open communication.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures, safe working practices, and timely documentation of accidents/incidents.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
• Drive results, proactively address obstacles, and ensure consistent enforcement of company policies.
• Source and develop ideas, integrating them into improvement plans, and share best practices across departments and shifts.
• Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Safety, and IT to secure support and resources for projects.
• Track production metrics, utilize data for continuous improvement strategies, and report to management.
• Assist in establishing long-term operational strategic plans.
• Mentor, train, and develop associates to optimize performance and foster individual growth.
• Recognize strong performance, provide coaching, and implement progressive discipline for underperformance.
• Propose and implement improvements in equipment and processing methods.
• Conduct daily and weekly timecard reviews to ensure pay accuracy.
• Perform other assigned duties with flexibility, including rotating shifts/departments, working extended hours and holidays as needed, and arriving early/staying late for pass-downs and reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, with overtime as required.

Work Environment

This role operates within a fulfillment center environment, which may involve noise, prolonged periods of walking and standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and using mechanical equipment as part of production activities. Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including overnight, weekends, and holidays, is required to meet business demands.
