Role Overview

Dewan Aldahab Jewellery is seeking a Jewelry Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site position in Jeddah or Makkah. This role is central to assisting customers with the purchase of jewelry and gold bullion, requiring strong customer service skills, comprehensive product knowledge, and the ability to manage sales transactions efficiently. The Sales Associate will provide detailed information about gold products, address customer inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the branch manager in achieving sales targets.
• Execute sales and purchases of gold products for customers.
• Welcome customers, present company products, and address their needs.
• Organize and arrange merchandise within the branch.
• Generate sales and purchase invoices, and process receipts and disbursements using the system.
• Ensure the security of merchandise within the branch and prevent shortages.
• Assist the branch manager with gold inventory reconciliation.
• Aid the branch manager in rotating and relocating merchandise within the branch.
• Support the branch manager during semi-annual and annual inventory checks and subsequent merchandise reorganization.
• Perform additional tasks related to daily work responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably within the jewelry or gold sector.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
• Strong product knowledge, particularly concerning gold and jewelry.
• Ability to efficiently manage sales transactions.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position located at our branch in Jeddah or Makkah, Makkah Region. The role involves direct interaction with customers in a retail environment.
