This full-time role for a Key Account Manager Pharmacy Automation (PA) is based in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose and Focus

The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability by promoting and selling Pharmacy Automation products, solutions, and services across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, including cities like Makkah and Jeddah. The role focuses on developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key accounts with a customer-centric approach. A primary objective is to expand and strengthen the Pharmacy Automation business within the Ministry of Health (MOH) sector by building strong stakeholder relationships and supporting the successful adoption of BD solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities for Pharmacy Automation products and relevant stakeholders within assigned accounts and territories.
• Drive business growth within the Ministry of Health (MOH) through strategic relationships, new opportunity identification, and support for solution implementation.
• Lead engagement with government healthcare institutions and MOH decision-makers to expand market presence and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solution-design teams to develop customer opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional sales strategies.
• Achieve agreed annual sales, revenue, and growth targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Manage complex multi-account agreements and negotiations.
• Convert sales opportunities into profitable business outcomes.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver customer solutions and business growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record of consistent performance and career progression.
• Previous experience in key account management or strategic account development is preferred.
• Experience working within multinational or international organizations is advantageous.

Work Location
