About the Role

Abunayyan Holding is seeking a Key Account Specialist to join its Commercial Team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The role focuses on managing strategic customer accounts within the water and wastewater treatment industry.

Role Overview

The Key Account Specialist will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding relationships with key clients. This position serves as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role requires a proactive approach to account management and a commitment to delivering value to both the client and the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key customer accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to customer account management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure business opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services to meet customer expectations.
  • Track account performance and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues and support initiatives aimed at account growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably within the water treatment or a similar industrial sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
