About the Role

Chelsea Consulting is seeking a Luxury Boutique Supervisor to join our client, a prominent name in luxury watches and jewelry. This full-time position is based in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading the operations of a new luxury boutique. The role focuses on delivering a high-standard client experience and driving commercial performance within the luxury retail sector.

Role Overview

The Luxury Boutique Supervisor will oversee the daily management of the boutique, guiding and motivating the sales team to ensure exceptional client service. This role requires a strong focus on maintaining luxury standards, building lasting client relationships, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets. The Supervisor will also act as a brand ambassador, contributing to the successful establishment and performance of the new retail presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team to deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Uphold the brand's luxury standards in service, presentation, and visual merchandising.
• Drive boutique sales performance and support the achievement of commercial targets.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through clienteling and personalized service.
• Oversee daily operations, including stock management, reporting, and boutique standards.
• Support the successful opening and establishment of the new boutique.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail, specifically within watches, jewelry, fashion, or premium retail.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or people-management capacity.
• Demonstrated passion for luxury products, client service, and relationship building.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Work Environment

This role is a full-time position within a new luxury boutique setting in Mecca, Makkah. The Supervisor will report into the retail function and work closely with the sales team to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
