MBRF is seeking a Maintenance Industrial Supervisor GF to join their team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. Role Purpose and Context

The Maintenance Industrial Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the availability of production and utility equipment at optimal levels. This position involves implementing equipment reliability techniques, developing engineering solutions for repetitive failures, and managing various maintenance activities to support plant operations and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the optimal availability of production and utility equipment.
• Implement Equipment Reliability Techniques to eliminate losses, mitigate risks, and extend equipment life.
• Apply value analysis methods for spare part repair or replacement and localization.
• Develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures and other issues impacting plant operations using analytical methods.
• Manage and control PCM indicators, generate reports according to maintenance guidelines, and ensure communication.
• Oversee compliance with PM activities, Kanban systems, AM checks, lubrication schedules, thermography, vibration analysis, and inspection orders, reporting on intranets (MCI).
• Evaluate and plan the development of the technical team to achieve required expertise levels and create backups for core positions.
• Manage the central database for the Maintenance Team.
• Manage spare parts, stock control in the warehouse, and calibration activities on sites.
• Oversee internal workshop activities and standards.
• Manage audits, external services, and third-party inspection and compliance.
• Coordinate planning and scheduling of third-party services with the production and planning departments.
• Train production and maintenance teams on the systematic application of SAP PM / AM modules, establishing patterns for general requests (services, purchases, etc.).
• Support risk assessment and develop appropriate countermeasures.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines and ensure adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan through routine activities that promote compliance with indicators and global ESG commitments.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
