The Role: Marketing Manager

An opportunity is available for a Marketing Manager to join the team at Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah. This is a full-time position focused on supporting the Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) in daily marketing operations and campaign execution within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) for daily marketing activities and campaigns.
• Ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks in accordance with predetermined deadlines.
• Assist in managing quotes and securing necessary approvals from various suppliers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and activity plans.
• Develop and implement operational marketing collateral to support business objectives.
• Execute, manage, and adapt marketing plans as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of marketing experience, preferably with luxury or hospitality brands.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media, or an equivalent field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams within a fast-paced luxury environment.
