Operations Supervisor DMK

About the Role

Afaq - Warehouse Branch is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a full-time position in Makkah. This role requires an individual with 2-5 years of experience who can motivate a team to meet productivity targets and company goals. The supervisor will be responsible for tracking team attendance and workflow, working closely with the Shift Manager to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities within the work area.
• Manage and train Associates to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift-related information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout shifts to meet and exceed operational plans and forecasts.
• Engage with support functions and other departments to address common issues or needs in key performance areas such as process readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Contribute to solving logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a high level of ownership, and a commitment to leading by example. This role requires an individual capable of developing expertise in all operational processes and who can analyze data effectively.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Ability to motivate team members and consistently prioritize customer needs in decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving in logistics and supply chain.
• Flexibility to work weekends, provide overtime support as needed (AM & PM shifts), and adapt to variable work hours, including night shifts.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in operations supervision or a similar field.
