The Operator & License Owner will lead the growth of Stranger Soccer in Jeddah, shaping local operations while benefiting from the company's established systems and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer operations in Jeddah.
• Establish partnerships with football venues and secure suitable playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and provide support to Official Hosts and local team members.
• Implement marketing initiatives to attract players and foster community growth.
• Oversee game operations to ensure a positive player experience.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for improving and expanding local operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in managing operations and achieving measurable results.
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience is preferred.
