Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking an OTR Supervisor to join its operations in Makkah. Role Context and Team Contribution

The OTR Supervisor is an integral part of the Delivery Stations team. This position manages last-mile delivery operations, focusing on ensuring packages are delivered with high quality standards. The role supports Amazon's commitment to customer service and operational excellence within its e-commerce platform.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure team safety and promote Amazon's Health and Safety standards.
• Lead and manage Delivery Associates and last-mile delivery operations.
• Monitor and drive On-The-Road performance metrics, including OTD, DDS, DOT, and delivery success rates.
• Uphold Amazon's standards for delivery quality and customer experience.
• Resolve real-time routing, dispatch, and delivery challenges to maintain on-time performance.
• Work to improve and streamline OTR processes and reduce delivery defects.
• Share and promote best practices with colleagues and across the network.

Operational Management Duties

• Conduct daily follow-up with vendors regarding the onboarding process.
• Facilitate the onboarding process with external contractors.
• Manage incentives.
• Perform uniform auditing and inventory management.
• Handle daily operational communications with DSP POCs and escalate issues to owners when necessary.
• Address Delivery Station callouts on day-to-day topics related to DSP Delivery Associates.
• Arrange and follow up on DAY0 attendance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is preferred.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The role necessitates working flexible shifts, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational needs dictate. Overtime may be required to meet business demands.
