Paint Technician

About the Role

Multilink Management Consultants is seeking a Paint Technician for full-time positions within the car manufacturing sector in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. This role involves various specialized tasks related to paint application, quality control, and equipment operation in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply sealant and operate sealing equipment, ensuring sealant quality and maintaining equipment settings while following safety standards.
• Operate PCR equipment, monitor the production process, check product quality, and perform routine inspections according to safety procedures.
• Manage pretreatment (PT/ED) operations, monitor process parameters, check chemical concentration, inspect coating quality, and maintain records and equipment.
• Mix paint, match colors, check quality, maintain records, and adhere to safety protocols in the Mixing Room.
• Inspect finished products, verify product quality, identify defects, record inspection results, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Mix plastic materials, monitor the mixing process, check material quality, maintain equipment, and follow safety standards in the Mixing Room Plastic area.
• Execute part changes, check part condition, follow work instructions, inspect installations, and maintain safety standards.
• Inspect plastic parts, check product quality, identify defects, perform measurements, and record inspection results.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing or technician role.
• Demonstrated ability to operate specialized equipment used in car manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures and safety standards in an industrial setting.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the car manufacturing facilities in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in various production stages and adherence to strict operational guidelines.
