Role Overview

The Patient Care Officer is responsible for managing patient communications, coordinating appointments, and addressing inquiries to facilitate smooth patient care. This position requires a professional approach to patient interaction and adherence to established service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound and outbound patient calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Provide accurate information to patients regarding services and programs offered.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments effectively.
• Follow up with patients and provide support throughout their care journey.
• Handle patient concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
• Accurately document all patient interactions and updates within the clinic's systems.
• Adhere to established protocols, service standards, and patient care procedures.
• Escalate complex cases or concerns to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Meet service quality and performance targets set for patient care.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience and optimize contact center processes.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and involves direct engagement with patients as part of the clinic's operational team.
