Arabian Metal Industries is seeking a Production Foreman to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the manufacturing of truck bodies and trailers.

Role Overview

The Production Foreman is responsible for supervising and controlling daily production activities within truck body and trailer manufacturing. This role ensures efficient workflow, maintains product quality, drives productivity, and facilitates the timely completion of production targets. The foreman will lead production technicians, coordinate with engineering and support departments, and ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities, including fabrication, assembly, welding, installation, and finishing processes.
• Allocate manpower and assign tasks based on production plans and priorities.
• Monitor production progress to ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Interpret production drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing requirements.
• Ensure products are manufactured in adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Production Engineers, Welding Foreman, Quality Control, Stores, and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Monitor workmanship quality and contribute to reducing defects, rework, and material wastage.
• Train, guide, and support production workers to enhance skills, efficiency, and work quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant production or supervisory role.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in fabrication, assembly, and welding.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, serving operations in both Jeddah and Makkah.
